TRUSTified Oy was established to assist responsible construction industry players in preventing grey economy practices and implementing site processes that ensure compliance with Finnish legislation. The company’s founders each have over 10 years of experience in managing access permit processes for large industrial construction sites, combating grey economy activities, developing site services, managing spaces, and ensuring physical security. We have actively developed new methods to prevent grey economy practices and ensured that clients remain informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting their construction sites, as well as the practical implications of such changes. As a result, sites can operate without interruptions, and responsible project developers or main contractors can avoid reputation risks and regulatory sanctions caused by unforeseen issues.

Although laws mandate certain official documents and procedures, we have observed that grey economy actors quickly adapt to these requirements and exploit common weaknesses in processes implemented by authorities, developers, or main contractors. This insight led us to develop the TRUSTified-Certificate, which ensures the reliability and transparency of processes more effectively than companies that simply provide documents without thoroughly verifying their validity or understanding their intended purpose. TRUSTified-Certificate offers our clients a more secure and reliable operational model, while also reducing delays in access permit processes.

The idea for TRUSTified Oy emerged from years of experience working on large international construction and industrial projects, where we encountered recurring challenges: combating grey economy practices, inefficiencies in access permit processes leading to delays, and insufficient or falsified documentation from contractors in the supply chain. Addressing these issues inspired us to create a comprehensive service tailored to the needs of modern construction sites, alleviating a significant burden for our responsible clients.
